Phatom Catamarans 2018-2019

The Phantom catamarans have become a popular platform worldwide with the transformation of the America’s Cup into a catamaran and foiling format. The Phantom, which is one of the racing-type catamarans called F18, was modified and converted into a foiling boat. However, due to increased demand, the second generation was designed to fly entirely. As CSC Composites, we manufactured the hulls and wings of the second-generation Phantoms and exported them to Phantom worldwide, starting from France.

During a two-year period, we produced and sent over 70 boats to France.

Production Details:

Mold Type: Composite molds, all female molds
Production Materials and Method: Fiberglass, foam, epoxy resin, infusion.
Ultimate Production Material: Carbon prepreg, nomex honeycomb, autoclave.
