Boat Hulls and Decks
As CSC Composites, we also have boat projects for which we produce not all, but a part of them.
Below, you can find photos of the hulls and decks that we have produced by using the infusion method, making the molds ourselves, and manufacturing them from glass and carbon.
Rudders
As CSC Composites, we have extensive experience in racing sailboats. Thanks to this experience, we have exported various equipment to many countries by producing different equipment, as we have embraced how the equipment of racing boats should be and the highest level of standards.
The rudder shaft and blades are crucial components that require complex composite production and precise assembly.
Gen Automobile
It is the first prototype in Turkey that is entirely made of carbon fiber and equipped with an electric propulsion system. As CSC Composites, we contributed to the engineering of the Gen Car with its young and dynamic team, and subsequently, we manufactured the molds and parts.
Algebra
We produced all the molds and parts of Algebra, Turkey’s first super sports car, using carbon fiber.
Despite the highly complex geometry of these parts, designing the molds was a challenging process (some molds required 7-8 matchplates due to undercuts), but we managed to complete them all and deliver them in a short period.
1x Racing Scull
This boat was specially made for a Norwegian Olympic rower. During the design process, Olympic and world champion boats were examined, and extensive CFD studies were conducted to shape the boat’s hull.
In production, we used entirely prepreg carbon fabrics, aluminum, and aramid honeycomb core materials.
